What to wear now and does it really matter?

'80% of a successful meeting is about turning up' Woody Allen. It's so true. I am hearing so often in my webinars and from my personal clients that people don't want to say yes to that personal and/or professional invite because they don't know what to wear any more after nearly two years in perhaps joggers. In this talk, I aim to make people get excited about going back to work by demystifying relaxed or new dress codes and going through my step by step process on where to start. This webinar looks also at possible items you might like to add to your wardrobe and where to start. It will also look at how to shop with a sustainable approach to make your budget stretch further and help protect our planet.

The power of image for confidence, communication and collaboration takes in all of the aspects above but is particularly powerful when incorporated into a companies wellbeing programme for all it's people or as a separate programme for a particular segment of the organisation e.g. graduates or interns. It is my most popular webinar to date and a great introduction into using image as a personal wellbeing and confidence tool.

'Wardrobe Economics' looks at how to become a savvy and smart shopper, making our wardrobe budget go further whilst minimizing the impact on the environment. There are many simple ways to shop clever and sustainably like buying second-hand, supporting local, navigating the sales, renting and swapping clothes and creating a quality capsule wardrobe of clothes you will wear on repeat. This webinar is my little black book and will help people create a happy wardrobe that is full of clothes they love and will wear. This webinar is ideal for companies with a sustainability remit and want to have it as part of their environmental week.

'The power of Image in a hybrid environment' and 'What to wear now' are the trending webinars right now. How we turn up on a call controls our confidence, states our intention and plays a large part in how people perceive us. Communication tactics that have traditionally worked well amongst colleagues in an office or interview need to translate seamlessly to quadrants on a screen. Image plays a big role in how we communicate especially when we are reduced to a small screen. I cover in all of my webinars how to create a 3D presence and energy on screen including the use of colour, lighting, body language and suggested types of clothing. First impressions will always be the same be it in the virtual world or otherwise. Research shows that you have only 7 seconds to make that first impression, so make it count. There are extra bonuses like my top 10 sartorial rules to create a wardrobe that represents you personally and professionally. Image is about personal choice and feeling confident.
