WHO IS THE STYLEBOB?

I’m from the midlands in Ireland but have been living in Dublin nearly 30 years. I think I was destined all my life to do what I am doing now which is to help people use image to reach their personal and professional goals. Growing up, I was surrounded by excellent craftsmanship with a mother, aunt and three sisters all designing and making the most wonderful creations worthy of an international catwalk. This upbringing sharpened my eye to create not only my own individual look but to always take a more sustainable approach to fashion which was buy once, buy well and always think cost per wear.

I knew I knew my stuff so it was no surprise when I said it to my family that I am going to change women and mens lives by helping them look their best to feel unstoppable. After training in the London College of Style, I set up my styling business in August 2020 having spent nearly 15 years working in marketing including a great stint in the people department for a global professional services firm which gave me an excellent insight into how men and women tell their story. I’ve always been intrigued at what makes people confident and the role our image and clothes plays in this.

The motivational speaking side of my business was totally accidental. I did not realise that the experience and confidence I gained as singing publicly as a child would actually help me to perform on stage and virtually speak in 12 different countries in the last year. My corporate experience has been used a lot in the work I do in terms of knowing the importance of respect, inclusion and well being.

I work with all kinds of people from all over the world including many from the corporate world because I understand how you can use image to give the right impression and look the leader you are. Everyones goals is the same - to look and feel amazing.

I walk my talk every day and love the armour and confidence my wardrobe provides. I adore colour and the psychology around it. I have wonderful clients and a social media community that have really embraced my daily styling tips and I love hearing how my knowledge has changed their lives.
